This year we celebrate the Queen’s birthday on Saturday 13th June. The Queen’s actual birthday falls on the 21st April however, it is celebrated in June simply because the weather is much more preferable for outdoor parades and other celebrations. Luckily for us, this gives us two excuses to indulge ourselves by cooking, baking and of course eating some Great British classics!
