Honeyed Chicken Drumsticks

St. Dalfour Honey sweet and tangy, these chicken drumsticks are perfect for children and adults alike.

8-10 chicken drumsticks

2tbsp light soy sauce

2tbsp St. Dalfour honey

1tbsp tomato ketchup

1tbsp mustard (or to suit)

1tbsp olive oil


Pat the drumsticks dry with kitchen paper

In a large bowl, mix together the St. Dalfour honey, soy sauce, ketchup and mustard

Add the chicken drumsticks and mix until thoroughly covered

Place the bowl in the fridge and chill whilst you preheat the oven to 180ºC. Or chill overnight.

Place the drumsticks on a lightly oiled baking sheet and pour over any marinade residue

Cook in the oven, turning once, until caramelised and thoroughly cooked through (30-40 mins)
