1 Jar of St. Dalfour Preserve (any flavour of your choice!)
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
500ml double cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
Combine the condensed milk, double cream, vanilla extract and St. Dalfour Preserve of your choice into a metal bowl.
Using either an electric or hand whisk, mix until combined and thick.
OPTIONAL EXTRA: If you like a rippled ice cream, fold in some preserve before freezing, creating a marbled effect.
Transfer your ice cream into a freezer container, cover with cling film and freeze until solid.
TIP: why not re-use an old ice cream tub?
