What’s in season?
There’s nothing quite like the autumnal taste of a freshly picked apple straight from the orchard. Harvesting your own home-grown strawberries or, picking cranberries and raspberries at your nearest ‘pick-your-own’. However, there’s a one small problem; all the aforementioned are only at their best during October. That’s great news if you’re reading this at the time of release, but what if it’s the middle of March?

With the recent launch of the New St. Dalfour Apple & Cinnamon, we thought we would come up with a beautifully simple recipe which shows off the great flavour of our Apple & Cinnamon Preserve, in our take on the traditional Apple & Cinnamon Crumble.
Apple Crumble is a staple dessert born in Britain. We truly believe, with the addition of our Apple & Cinnamon preserve, the humble crumble is taken to the next level and satisfies those cravings for seasonal spices!
Chocolate and pear is a classic combination, and these chocolate & pear jam tarts made with St Dalfour Imperial Pear Preserve are a sweet treat worth making! They’re entirely gluten free, vegan and refined sugar free but 100% scrumptious, with a rich chocolate tart and sweet pear filling these little homemade treats are every bit as delicious as any other jam tart but with none of the nasties.
These Raspberry & White Chocolate Muffins celebrate the universally adored combination of fruit and chocolate. With Raspberry season fast approaching, why not try something new and make these simple, yet delicious raspberry & white chocolate muffins!

This sauce goes particularly well with prawns; it is also delicious with grilled salmon and, if you can indulge yourself, try it with crab and lobster. We love this sauce as the lemon compliments the tart sweetness of the berries. This is one simple Autumn favourite you simply have to try!
